CONTENT AUTHENTICITY SUMMIT - NYC

 HAND founder Will Kreth was invited to speak at the Content Authenticity Summit on the Cornell Tech campus in NYC on June 4, 2025.  

The Content Authenticity Summit convened over 200 of the world’s foremost experts on digital content provenance including implementers, creators, and policymakers for a one-day series of presentations, panels, breakout sessions, and hands-on demonstrations to highlight the latest developments in this essential and fast-moving space. The Summit highlighted current opportunities and challenges focused on driving broad awareness and adoption of Content Credentials.

Content Credentials is an open technical standard developed by the Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity (C2PA) to certify the origin and history of digital content. Acting as a digital nutrition label, it provides transparency about how content was created and edited.
 
This summit was led by the Content Authenticity Initiative in partnership with the C2PA and the International Press Telecommunications Council.

Out of 589 applicants and a 7.64% acceptance rate, HAND was chosen to showcase our AI-powered Identity Intelligence platform, combining BI and an ISO-level Talent ID Registry to streamline talent provenance, discoverability, royalty collection, and more — protecting what is REAL against fraudulent deepfakes and unauthorized usage. Our platform offers an interoperable “forever ID” for automated talent resolution across the cultural industries of entertainment, sports, fashion, gaming, and beyond.

Expanded set of professional sports talent adds to HAND’s ISO-level Talent ID database 

New York – December 11,  2024 – HAND (Human & Digital)  the first global B2B Talent ID registry platform for efficient discoverability, royalty collection, and revenue tracking of notable legal and natural persons and control of consent-based digital replicas, announced today that it has created interoperable, ISO (International Organization of Standardization) -level Talent IDs for thousands of the most notable Major League Baseball (MLB) and National Football League (NFL) players.

Joining an existing set of NBA stars, the addition is a continued extension of the HAND Talent ID database beyond Media & Entertainment talent.

  • 5 August 2024 – HAND CEO Will Kreth was an invited guest speaker at the USPTO (United States Patent & Trademark Office) Public Roundtable: “AI and Protections for Use of an Individual’s Name, Image, Likeness, or Reputation.” The Roundtable included invited representatives from MLB Player Association, the Motion Picture Association, National Association of Voice Actors, Endeavor / William Morris, Adobe, The Authors Guild, SAG-AFTRA, RIAA, and more.
  • 23 July 2024 – HAND CEO Will Kreth participated in the “Digital Hollywood: The AI Summer Summit,” discussing the topic of Deep Fakes. These digital manipulations not only infringe on property rights and concern musicians and Hollywood personalities, but also pose significant threats as bad actors devise new, inventive, and technologically sophisticated methods to invade our privacy, compromise our computer data, and ultimately target our electronic wallets.   • 12 June 2024 – HAND CEO Will Kreth was a keynote speaker at the Identity Week – Europe conference The event marked the debut of the term HAND coined “Multi-Vector Attestation” in response to how Identity verification will respond beyond today’s KYC, MFA (multi-factor authentication), and current biometric methods in a post-Quantum Computing world.
